Dear FCS families,

We want to take a moment to share with you the latest updates to our COVID-19 guidelines and flow chart.  We have worked with the board to finalize our plans, and our updated flow chart was approved by them this past Tuesday, February 15.  Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the latest flow chart (dated 2/15/2022).  The change to the flow chart reflects that our COVID protocols ONLY APPLY to the person who is exhibiting symptoms.  Household members who are symptom-free will no longer be sent home or excluded from school.

As always, everyone should monitor their health and stay home if they develop symptoms. Please remember that students must be fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication) before returning to school.  For vomiting and diarrhea, students can return to school 24 hours after those symptoms have ceased.

We thank you for your continued support as we move forward in our approach to COVID-19.  We will continue to sanitize surfaces and promote the washing and sanitizing of hands. As always, our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for both students and staff.
