Jody Rozanas was raised in Wisconsin. She taught full-time at Faith Christian School from 2001-2019. After taking a year off to “retire,” Jody returned in 2021 as part-time Elementary Librarian. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin OshKosh, where she majored in English and minored in Music.
Mrs. Rozanas is passionate about helping children discover the joy of reading. Jody believes that encouraging children to read, view and listen to library materials will not only help their communication skills, but will open a world of wonderment and learning that they will carry throughout life. In addition, she believes that the Word of God is the most important book of all time, and that when children begin to understand the indelible impact it can have in their lives, they will develop a discerning mind in regard to everything else they read.
Mrs. Rozanas has been married since 1985, and has three grown and married children and one grandchild. Being on staff part-time allows her a flexible schedule to enjoy what she cherishes most, spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling and, of course, reading!
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for The Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24
