Dear Parents,

I am excited to announce that we are opening registration for the Washington DC trip we are taking in March. Attached is information about the trip as well as an embedded link so that you can sign up with American Christian Tours. If you wish to chaperone please let me know, and you may register as well. All payments are made to American Christian Tours. The registration date is by September 6th.

There are no late fees charged if a person happens to register after the 9/6/2022 registration fee date. The registration fee date is more like a “deadline” that ideally encourages everyone to register in a timely manner.

At the time of registration, each participant is also offered the opportunity to purchase Travel Protection insurance.

ACTS has spread out the payment dates to make it easier for families. The payment dates are at the 150/120/90/60-day mark. With our trip in March, the 150-day payment will be due 10/13/2022.

Any payments more than 10 days past due will be subject to a $15 late fee.

At any time, an individual participant can make smaller payments ($25 minimum) on their account. Each individual/family could budget their payments as they choose if they meet the total amounts due by the payment due dates.

We will be doing some fundraising as a group soon. Stay tuned for details.
