Jim Bingle was born and raised on an 80-acre farm outside Risingsun, Ohio. He is the oldest of five children born to John and Isla Bingle. His brother, Ken, did the farming, and Jim helped in his father’s plumbing and heating business. The two boys and their sister, Eileen, maintained three township cemeteries which included digging the graves by hand! Jim started at FCS 2022.

Some “God assignments” have been Red Bird Mission Hospital, Camp Miami, and Polo CUSD 222. The present “assignment” at Faith Christian has been rewarding in terms of the encouragement and support he has received.

Jim is married to Karen and has two children, Rebecca and Ben. Ben and Valerie have two children, Evy and Harvey. They reside in Sycamore. Rebecca’s son, Sam, attends FCS. They live a few blocks from Jim and Karen in Polo.
