Pastor Marx received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies from North Central University in 1990. He has pastored in three Midwestern states before coming to serve as Lead Pastor at Faith Assembly of Grand Detour in 2016.

Pastor Marx and his wife, Michelle, have served side-by-side in ministry since 1989. They have three adult sons. Jon and Michelle have a passion for people to know Jesus Christ, grow in Him and live out that love relationship so that it naturally impacts others for eternity.

“For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name.
