Kayla Halfacre was born and raised in Dixon. She has been at FCS since 2021. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. She is also Owner/Operator of Culver’s of Dixon. Mrs. Halfacre is looking forward to watching her students’ creativity come to life.

When not in school, she loves spending time with her family. She has been married since 2013, and has three children—Brady, Parker Jo and Natalie. Kayla loves watching her kiddos play sports, spending time with her church family and organizing her home.
