Tyler Halfacre was born and raised in Dixon. He has been at FCS since 2021. He graduated from Dixon High School and attended Sauk Valley Community College. Tyler owns his own lawn care business and coaches JV/Varsity Golf at Dixon High School. Mr. Halfacre is looking forward to creating a competitive athletics program, while emphasizing sportsmanship and teamwork.
When not in school, Tyler loves spending time with his family. He has been married since 2013 and has three children—Brady, Parker Jo and Natalie. Tyler loves coaching his son’s baseball and soccer teams. You can also find him spending time with his church family and out on the golf course working on his golf game.
